Compute moved into Tracker

Run programs from the tracker grid — select one or more rows and use Run Prod. The menu offers production programs, QC programs only, or Both (Prod then QC) (production program first, then the QC program). Job status stubs (queued / running / done) appear on the same page. Check-out still gates edit.
